JOURNALING

I will provide a safe container for you to work through issues that are coming up during our hour-long session together. Outside of those times it’s important that I have uninterrupted time and space for myself. Out of respect for other clients and my private time it is asked that you refrain from any form of contact (emailing, calling or messaging) between appointments. I spend minimal time on wifi outside of sessions as it’s important for my clients that I focus on keeping my energy as clear and high vibrational as possible.

Inner work brings up a lot of thoughts and feelings. Part of that work is learning how to gain control of your emotions and mental state. Writing them down helps to see them more clearly, giving you mental and emotional clarity. It is also an important part of the releasing process. Journaling will ensure that you have another safe container to work through things privately in between our time together. You can make notes of any experiences that occurred since we spoke last, and make a list questions or concerns to ask me about when we speak next. I suggest having it on hand during sessions so you have a place to write down any epiphanies and realisations. Spend time choosing and purchasing a special journal for our time together.

I pride myself on providing a comfortable space where my clients feel safe to share anything, just like you would with an old friend (but a highly trained one whose time and energy you respect). As much as I love what I do, I also need time for myself that doesn’t involve holding space for people. Thank you for understanding there is a line between friendship and guidance.
